Sanjiv holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from University Business School, Chandigarh (India), and has completed advanced management coursework in Human Resources at Cornell University, New York (USA). 

R. Natarajan, Fondly called Nats, co founded Foundation partners which helps high growth companies to go the next level in terms of scaling, governance and profitability. Prior to this he was Chief Operating officer at UC RNT Fund, managing USD 400 Mn and also managed Mr. Tata’s personal private investments since 2016. He was the Managing Director, COO and CFO at Helion ventures. a VC firm with Asset under management of over USD 1 Bn for 10 years from 2006. Prior to this, he was in various leadership roles in Tavant Technologies Inc, US, and Wipro for 13 years,He is a qualified finance professional and a certified black belt in Six sigma by Motorola University.He is in the Board of studies at Christ University and in the Advisory board of Shasun College for Women in Chennai. He is the Secretary in Tie Bangalore and governing body member for over 8years. He is a trustee of Youth For Seva, a large NGO focussing on self reliant communities powered by selfless individuals for last 10 years, currently whose volunteers cross 100000 and beneficiaries cross 700000 across 10 states and 35 cities.

Sangeetha C is the Co-founder of Schatz Consulting, she draws inspiration from her father who is a role model on Business Acumen being a self-made man. Active member on various forums like “Bangalore women entrepreneur networks”, “She leads Tech” & “makers India”

Technology & People centric approach helps solve critical leadership problems. She is active in portfolios of Venture Capitalist/Private Equity, and Family Business Advisory practices. She is deeply committed to driving diversity in leadership.

Prior to Schatz Consulting Sangeetha started her career with Crompton Greaves on Informatics division as a management Trainee and move on to various Technology roles.

Outside of work, she enjoys Reading books, Experimenting on Foods and Learning from Gen Z Daughter.

Chandrasekhar K, fondly called Chandra is the Co-Founder of Schatz Consulting. He focuses on addressing critical leadership challenges in the VC/PE funded Start-up Ecosystem & SMB. He provides a range of senior leadership advisory services including Board advisory, Executive search, Leadership Assessment, Coaching and Development. Inclusive leadership, highly Analytical and Data centric approach are some of his key skills. He is a charter Member in TIE Bangalore.

Prior to this he has a decade of experience working on various roles with large corporate with Wipro & he also on the Board of Utkarsh Staffing Solutions.

Outside of work, he enjoys Driving, Networking, playing cricket and carrom and also watching web Series in Netflix &Prime during his free time.
